Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Topjec Travels, operated by Topjec tours and travels, collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Traveller details: names, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry, and frequent flyer number.
- Contact details: email address and phone number.
- GST details, if you ask for a GST invoice.
- Booking records: your flights, add-ons, amounts, references and payment status.
- Technical details: your internet address and browser type, in our server logs.
Card and bank details
You type your card, UPI or bank details in Razorpay's secure window. They never reach our site, and we do not store them.
Why we use your data
- To book your flights, add-ons and insurance.
- To contact you about your booking, and to help with changes, cancellations and refunds.
- To keep accounts and meet tax and legal duties.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
- If you accept cookies, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising, using anonymous booking data such as the route, date and amount.
Who we share it with
We share only what each of these needs, and we do not sell your data.
- Airlines and EaseMyTrip, to book and manage your ticket.
- Razorpay and its banking partners, to take payments, send refunds, track transactions and prevent fraud.
- The insurer, if you choose travel insurance.
- Government bodies, regulators or the police, when the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
We use analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. These tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Clarity, help us see how the site is used and measure our advertising. They never receive your name, contact details, passport details or payment details from us. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your browser keeps your current search and booking for that session, and clears them when you close the tab. Our pages load fonts from Google, and Razorpay's window may use its own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for 10 years, as our agreement with our payment provider requires, and longer if the law asks for it.
Keeping it safe
Our site uses HTTPS, and access to booking records is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us if you notice a problem.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Booking and payment records must be kept for the period above. Write to our Grievance Officer, AKSHAR SHAH, at info@topjec.com.
