About these terms
These terms apply when you use topjectravels.com. Topjec Travels is operated by Topjec tours and travels, Surat, Gujarat, India. "We" and "us" mean Topjec Travels. By booking on this site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
Our role
We are a travel agent. We book your ticket with the airline, and the airline operates your flight. The airline's own conditions of carriage and fare rules also apply to your ticket.
Your details
- You must be 18 or older to make a booking.
- Enter each name exactly as it appears on the government ID or passport used for travel. The airline may refuse to correct a wrong name, or may charge for it.
- If you book for other people, you confirm that they have agreed to it, and you are responsible for their details being correct.
Fares and payment
- A fare is not guaranteed until you have paid and the airline has confirmed your booking. We check the fare again before you pay.
- Payments are in Indian rupees and are handled by Razorpay. You type your card, UPI or bank details in Razorpay's secure window, and they never reach our site.
- Seats, meals, extra baggage and insurance are charged at the price shown before you pay.
How you get your ticket
- We book your flight straight after your payment is confirmed.
- Your booking reference and airline PNR appear on the confirmation page. There is no paper ticket.
- You can view and print your booking at any time on the My Booking page, using your booking reference and email address.
- If the airline takes longer to confirm, the page shows that your booking is in progress. If the booking fails, you get a full refund.
Travel documents and check-in
- You are responsible for carrying valid ID, and for any passport, visa and health documents your journey needs.
- Check-in and boarding are subject to the airline's rules and closing times. Please reach the airport early.
- Baggage allowances are set by the airline and shown in each flight's details.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
These are covered by our Refund Policy, which also lists our service fee.
Delays and disruption
Airlines run the flights, so we can't control delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding or lost baggage. We will help you deal with the airline, and your rights under DGCA rules stay with you.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are responsible only for our own booking service, up to the amount you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction. Please contact us first, as most problems can be solved quickly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you booked applies to that booking.
